Lightly Poem by Kyle Shield Laster

Lightly

Although my soul may sit in darkness
It will rise in perfect light.
I have loved the stars too fondly
To be fearful of the night.

When its dark you brighten my day.
Here with me I wish you'd stay.
Come with me into the light
Where its day and never night.
