Like A Law Maker Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Like A Law Maker

Rain and sunshine,
Words and wisdom;
Watch the mouths of people when they do talk.
I have what it takes to tickle your mind,
Like a man who twists his lips to the right when he talks;
A word to the wise,
A poem to the masses,
Like a woman who twists her lips to the left when she talks;
I have what it takes to touch your heart.
Many have their lips directed to you when they talk,
To turn to the left and to the right at times;
Take a look,
Take a watch,
Swing it to the right or to the left to make a speech.

I am sending my information to you,
I am sharing my views with you,
I am writing my poems to you,
And i am educating many;
In aspeech like a law maker to many,
Like the land of total misty fog.

To the planetary life by humanity,
Life is full of joy and pain;
To the works of my mind to touch many,
There are fantasies to meet in this world at times;
Yes, the human mind can do many things.

Are you overtaken by what you did some years ago? !
We should always learn from our mistakes;
Don't you know that,
What you don't know can hurt you?
Like a common desire to the people around you.
If you doubt it, always do cheek;
If you are in love, always do say it;
Like the twisted lips of us all.
