Like A Star Am I
LIKE A STAR AM I
Like a glimmering star am I!
Who only shimmers in velvet gem darkness, aye.
This my world of wondrous mystery.
The only place, you will ever locate mystical, me!
Sunshine's progeny, I am not.
Nor cocoa butter's tot!
A quiet moon for a gentle pillow,
Sweet music from night whippoorwills.
The spinning music of the universe.
Ah yes, that's when I can pen fine verse.
