'' Like Me Decompose '' Poem by Bri Mar

'' Like Me Decompose ''

I never got tired,
I remained inspired,
Whilst continuing my quest for the truth,
What I acquired,
Many others desired,
To obtain this they became very uncouth.

Is he real or fraud?
Is there really a god?
If there is why doesn't he appear,
It is really odd,
His creations applaud,
While he watches as the weak live in fear.

Are religions real?
Or a business deal,
Whereby money not God's their creator.
How would it feel,
If I did reveal,
They're all run by a financial dictator,

Are some people aware
Of aliens out there,
Is so, what is it they've got to hide,
Do we need to beware?
If for us they don't care,
Could it be extra-terrestrials are snide?

Are politicians bent?
Do they ever repent,
As honours on each other they bestow,
Those they represent,
They cause discontent,
Why we trust them I don't really know.

The answers I've sought,
Cannot be bought,
What I've found I will never disclose,
For when I was caught,
‘' THEY ‘' left me distraught,
Now my secrets,

‘' Like Me Decompose ‘'
