Litha Poem by Ima Ryma

Litha

Litha in Australia does be
Midsummer and December time.
Occasion to celebrate, we
Aussie Wytches do chant in rhyme
In gratitude for ripened fruit.
No candles lit, no cauldrons burned
In deference to the pursuit
To thank the Sun for all we've learned.
Coven members give what we can
To all the children charities.
We are part of the human clan,
Fruit ripening in fam'ly trees.

Litha, time and place to revere
Longest two Sun days of the year.
