Little Boy - Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

And see the boy,
how big he's grown
once like a toy
of flesh and bone.

Remains a lad
at ninety nine
a little sad
but he's all mine.

This is so nice Herbert. I know I will always see my kids as my 'babies' (even though I have to look up at them already. Very sweet. Sincerely, Mary (Report) Reply
