You just have to get this out
Or it will kill you inside.
You were raped, hurt abused.
And you're dying inside.

You ask me:
"How do I get over it? "

My answer is simple:
"You don't.
You get stronger with time
And the scars,
They may heal,
But the pain will always be there.
But the most important thing
To remember is
You will live through it.
