Locked Up In Monotony Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Locked Up In Monotony

Locked up in monotony.
Nonstop.
And baited to hook.
To all the nonsense dropped.
Supported by those of like minds.
Too blinded by times,
They can't leave behind.

A future to be had has been neutered.
A future to be had has been muted to boot.
A future to be had has been neutered.
A future to be had has been muted to boot.
And locked up,
In monotony.
A future to be had has been neutered.
And,
Locked up...
In monotony.
A future to be had has been muted.
A future to be had has been scooted to boot.
A future to be had has been muted.
A future to be had has been muted.
A future to be had has been muted.
And...
Locked up,
In monotony.
