Lonely Poem by Jade Baker

Lonely

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes I wish I wasn’t me,
Every time I realize that my only friends,
Are my family,
Sometimes I can forget the loneliness,
I can replace the depression,
With forced happiness,
But in the back of my mind,
The truth lies,
And I can no longer pretend,
As I look around at the groups of friends,
Silently wishing,
Why cant that be me
