Lonely Is The Hunter Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Lonely Is The Hunter

Lonely is the hunter.
Who also know they are the prey.
Sleepless too are those nights.
For one who hunts.
On a mission that continues,
To remain and stay.
With wishes to be captured.
By one who allows the hunt.
To leave the hunter believing.
A mission to complete has been won.
By one who preys.
But hunts to become easily succumbed.
Doing a mutual undoing of the loneliness.
