Longing Ache - Poem by Michael P. McParland

I'm longing and aching so very bad for you tonight.
My heart throbs with need to have you in my arms,
I just want to lay down and cry feeling so
very lonely without my Angel here.
I'm aching so very bad tonight longing to
feel your touch and kiss you while in your arms.

This aching is only growing stronger as time goes on,
I'm longing to just lie in bed and look into your eyes.
You are such a precious soul and beautiful
woman I admire through and through.
I ache so bad to have you here within my arms.

I love you deeply my sweet darling and
this longing ache grows stronger by the second.
I just want to lie in bed and cry my eyes out
because I miss you deeply and want you in my arms forevermore.
I love you Kira I want and need you oh so deeply,
my heart forever will long and ache until
you are right here by me.

Definitely a great reflection of nighttime when it is quiet and you are alone, wanting your love to be there with you. Your passion in this poem is loud and clear. The longing, like a constant craving, should speak volumes to the object of affection in this poem. (Report) Reply
