As we look back at past journey
We may call it blessed life from almighty
It passed off peacefully with no regret
Everybody is pleased to see it as fate

It was nice work on your part
That you could remain integral part
Served to the best of your ability
And earned the respect for best quality

It matters less how much you earned
It matters even negligible how best you served
Ask your own conscience to give feed back
You may have real picture about what was at stake

You might have been tempted many times
You might have been trapped sometimes
Think of your good judgment that you resisted
Even though people tried to lure and insisted

Yes retirement is mission of fulfillment
One needs to think more and wait for good comments
It is personal satisfaction that is drawn out
Good virtues may later on be talked about

Visit work place after exit from the office
You will have many things awaiting surprise
People may refuse to entertain if you were unreasonable
Some even may not look at as your behavior was condemned
