O Life's golden moments are rare!
They help us to transcend despair.
Love, springtime, vibrant melodies,
the mountains, the moon and the sea.
Speak to tender hearts completely.
Yet many don't really perceive
Such moments, only their silhouettes.
Their ragged lives are filled with regrets.
Their time is ticked off in brief minutes,
Not stretched out to eternal presents.
Many prefer shadow- plays to
Gleaming Beauty, Virtue and Truth.
They are akin to intermissions,
In life's symphony. Without vision
They stumble blindly through darkened days.
They can't follow the greater light's ways.
