Looking Forward To A Wedding Poem by Audrey Heller

In September, my grandson eloped
and now, a wedding is going to be
held in June! I'm really very happy
about this, for now, I'll get to see a
formal affair, with the Bride and
Groom! It's something I'm looking
forward to, as family and friends
will be there. Time when we'll all
be together, to celebrate the pair!
These are precious moments, we
don't want to miss, as they're aren't
too many occasions, to get together,
like this! These are times we all look
forward to and savor, for who knows,
when the next one, will be. So in the
meantime, I'm happy and grateful,
I'm able to be part, of the up coming,
ceremony!
