Lost Poem by Crystle Jones

Lost

Rating: 3.3

Im happy.
Im sad.
I smile.
I cry.

Im extatic.
Im pained.
Im excited.
Im denied.

I love.
I hate.
Im found
Ive lost my faith.

Voices
Feelings
Caring
Losing
Lost

Can anyone hear me?

Walking.
Running.
Tired.
Cold.

Abandoned.
Inconsolable.
Enervated
Incomplete.

Does anyone see me?

I will lay my head down now.
Shall i ever wake?
Please oh please, tell me for my own self sake.
For i hurt so much, inside and out.
Why do i feel, i do not count?

Shall i carry on? shall i give up?
Where is my light! ? !
Im so tired now.
The path, so difficult, so cruel!
I curse thee! ! ! ! !

Why dear god why must it be me? ? ?
Give me strength to execute this plan you have set for i.
Alone, i dont think i can get up and continue to try.

Im broken!
Why cant you see! ? !
Everything you have set
Has but to kill me!

For what reason i must feel?
This hate, this anger, these tears?
You forsake me?
No. never. not once have i been forgotten? nor forsaken?
Then for what reason i feel of this? so torn, so usless?

My life, my faith, my hope, lay with you.
For your reasons, have always been true.
A path of so much pain, leadith to a great prize at the end.

Forgive my stupidity, for i am only a little girl.
Hurting for one who cares,
Learning still, of the world.
Walk with me, guide me threw life.
Keep me safe, deliver me from such strife.

I still need you.
For without you,
I remain to be...

In this world, in our life, may things beyond comprehension! 'love' come 'love' goes and again 'love' return sometime in a new form! Life is journey towards eternity.
