Love A Mother, It's A Win-Win Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Love A Mother, It's A Win-Win

Rating: 5.0

Rising sun 'n romantic nights set in
End of the day, they are gone
Moon and stars smile in dreams
Wake up to realize they are no more

Many come to us, they shall leave, but
You came to me, still staying this long
I know your heart never let you otherwise
'Cos you love children, whom I love too

You consider them as yours
Children whom you love, I think are mine
So then, I love you too, because
After all, you are their mother

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

A beautiful poem, Jayatissa. There is no one like a Mother. Her love is ever unconditional. In fact, every day is a Mother's day. Thank you for sharing this lovely poem on Mother. So nice of you to visit my page to read the " The Magnificent Mountains" . Thanks again. God bless......10
