Love And Sex, Different Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Love And Sex, Different

To hold back your husband,
You let him know that you are in demand.
To have your freedom of movement,
You give him a long rope to move away.
To like someone is not to disown
Your own but to make you a fit one.
Love and sex are not one,
Nor is it two sides of one coin.
The latter cannot usurp the former.

No freedom of joy
With thralldom of sex
