Love/ Hate Poem by heavenlyhippie stoddard

Love/ Hate

I hate the devil, I hate his works,
I hate pain and I hate hurt,
I hate depression, and I hate Lies, and I really hate it when the sun is directly in my eyes.
I hate the freezing cold that chills through my bones. I really hate that the pain in my body sometimes makes me a prisoner of my own home.
I hate envy, jealousy, and when we all fight. Why in the world can’t we just get along?

I love the sunshine, sometimes a lil rain, just about anything that eases pain.
I love to laugh and I love to smile, and tell a few jokes and to drive alone for miles.
I love to spread Love, joy and try to make peace, I love this other lil thing they call a sweet leaf.
I love to sing and dance alone or in front of a crowd. It really does not matter, As long we can all have fun and still be proud.
Maybe once in awhile I might like a drink to sit and watch the birds so I can think.
I love to watch football, especially those Cowboys. And I how would love to go and see the world, maybe someday go on a mission to a help the poor starvin little girls and boys.
I love my children, family and friends
I think a lot about of all of them.
Most of all I love the peace that only comes from deep within. I love Jesus he resides inside my soul, and is my Best Friend. And I want the world to know.
