It frightened them at first…it made them wonder why…
How they could understand what made each other laugh…
what made each other cry.

It confused them in the beginning, it even brought a tear
when they began to feel each other's disappointment…
each other's sadness…pain and fear.

They asked another friend what was happening
inside their hearts and in their heads…
Their friend smiled…"The answer is quite simple."
"You are in love! " he said.
