love shall not die

my love shall never die
even after a long try
it has regular beats
that greets you daily

the moon is witness
the sun has graced
the light has illuminated
the bond and relationship has never faded

I might have spoken words
not in the good taste like sword's edge
but believe me, it never managed with
your absence and I feel caged

why did you not resist?
and insisted
upon doing the right things
that could bring some rapprochement

be it the reality
I pray an almighty
to keep you happy elsewhere
but I fear I won't live without you

I thought I could live on
but the result has shown
it is almost impossible
to cruise on high seas without struggle

you were not only my inspiration
but firm foundation
that made me dash against any odd
and add a feather in the cap
