Love With No Edge Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Love With No Edge

Rating: 5.0

I never knew this before but still won
Neither was it sharp edged weapon
Nor was it shown to me as test model
Yet it seemed to me as fairy tale

How some one can ridicules it out of ignorance?
Is it commodity to be purchased often or at once?
How someone can term it as just an affair?
When it cuts deeper in heart and looks still fair

Well, no one can explain exactly what it meant?
I asked to self often but only fragrance smelt
The wind blew gently but no sign of touch
Yet its spell was so magical and felt as such

Some one cam gently and opened the inner door
I was her clearly in dark even though visibility was poor
I did not call her at this odd hour but she traced to me
She felt no bondage and coiled bunch like around tree

No one taught me as to what is to be done to respond
What steps were to be taken to please or correspond?
Yet it flowed from inner heart like river water
Not to worry about any curved path but only to alter

Love can’t be professed as perfect
It is natural river fall like act
Make stone like substance into nice shape
Easily subduing and luring into trap

Powerful heart waves travel in one direction
Make even strong person to fail in action
Give away everything for just at first sight
Never knowing his/her love is perfectly right

Light waves ravels at faster rate
Heart waves travel even faster to seal your fate
No perfection is required at any level
Only fortunate man succeeds and excel

Love is magnificent plant with lovely flowers
Dark clouds bless it with rainy showers
Wind gently come in and tease with silent blower
But its impact can be known only to true lovers
