Magic In The Air Poem by Rory slevin

Magic In The Air

Life is grief
Life is trouble and life is strife
But the magic will take the opposite seat
To stare you down and out of all feeling
To show that life is but a chessboard
That will always end in a constant tie
The Kings and Queens frozen here out of time
Caught in the act of an everlasting crime
The Magic in the Air will keep our promise
As the channels surf we hear the call to over throw this frame of mind
The war of words cause much more pain than the Evil deeds of a Tyrants name
This is it, That was that
Magic is real
Surreal
