(((Malignant Heart))) - Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken
Heart stents and chemotherapy...? !
Now thats a mix of things!
Growing old can be so cold...!
As we never know what tomorrows gonna bring;
Some of our days are filled with fear...
Some are filled with sorrow...
We loose our beloved pets and our health...
And we always worry 'bout tomorrow;
Whats going to come next?
Radiation and even poorer health?
Growing old can be so very cold...
For you're robbed of your physical and spiritual wealth;
This past month has been a teacher-oh yes-it has...
Poor health and loosing a most beloved pet...
But we must soldier on with a fight that is somewhat strong-
But always fearing our final sunset;
