Mama Poem by Dwayne Gordon

Mama

Many times it may seem like I am a total jerk
Many times it may even seems like I don't even care
But the truth is, I just don't how to thank you.

For nine long months you kept me inside
Protected me from all the danger there was.
You watched me grow up one day at a time, without even thinking of leaving when I was being a naughty boy.

Now that I'm older, I wont forget all the things you thought me,
To be loving, kind and true.
Mama, you're the best woman ever and that will always be.
I love you.
