Manic Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Manic

Manic in a cuckoo mood.
Made manic in a cuckoo mood.
People?
This is dangerous to witness.
One permitted to sit,
Making decisions unfit.
Flying higher than a bird.
Clearly mentally disturbed.
People?
There is danger in the midst.
No one should dismiss.

Mad, insane, deranged and demented.
And made manic in a cuckoo mood.
In a cuckoo mood.
In a cuckoo mood.
In a cuckoo mood.
People?
This is dangerous to witness.
One permitted to sit.
Making decisions unfit.
Clearly mentally disturbed.
Flying higher than a bird.
People?
Wake up and become panicked.
This is a doing done.
And far from romantic.
People?
This is danger to permit it.
One who sits making decision.
Clearly mentally unfit.

One made manic in a cuckoo mood.
In a cuckoo mood.
Unstable and unfit.
Mad, insane, deranged and demented.
In a cuckoo mood.
Made manic in a cuckoo mood.
A cuckoo mood.
