Marriage, One Hell Of A Ride Poem by Hebert Logerie

Marriage, One Hell Of A Ride

For the best or for the worst, my Déesse
Marriage is a hell of a roller coaster ride
You have what I have regardless
I got what you got in this mess
The car is yours, the house on the side
Is mine too in the eyes of the law
This is deep, profound and raw
The cars are not mine alone
The house, the dog and the phone
Are owned by both parties
Bravo! Let's have a few parties
To celebrate and to negotiate
There's no need to debate
It's the law
And that's raw.
