Meathead Fondly Remembered Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Meathead Fondly Remembered

Meathead never won the Nobel Prize
But two Emmys made him a winner
We stand by him
Remembering
A Few Good Men
In Misery
We're comforted
By comedy
When Harry Met Sally
We had become happy
With The Princess Bride
We had laughed and cried
The American President
Was a real God-send back then
We became More Than Friends
Sent Postcards From The Edge
We were in Shock and Awe
With The Wolf of Wall Street
The Story of Us
In Everyday Life...
Such Partners In Life

Enter Laughing
Exit crying
This Is Spinal Tap
The End Continues

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I will greatly miss this comic/dramatic genius. Grew up laughing to All In The Family. And later in life, I saw, and loved, all of his films. RIP
