碧落莲池舒柳眼
霞飞书案展竹眉
婉约楚韵清风起
豪放秦腔皓月追


Meditate On The Past

Clouds fly on the desk
limber up the bamboo's eyebrows
Emerald falls in the lotus pool
comforts the willow's eyes

Graceful and restrained Chu rhymes
the cool breeze blows
Bold and unrestrained Qin tune
the bright moon pursues
