Meeting Her

I went to meet her
When she was back to
Her mother's home
From her in-laws
She had lost weight
Her face was dry and there were
Dark circles around her eyes
She sat demurely in front
Of me, shriveled
I asked her
What was the matter
She shed a drop of tear
And said
You would have been better
