Memories
As darkness envelops the city
I am lying alone in the beach
The moon starts disappearing in the sky
Waves retreating down the shore
The light house beaming its light away from me
Now, the gusty wind starts losing its luster
The roaring wave urges me something
Cold breeze blowing across me bring backs your memories.
Excellent poem, the essence of being alone comes through. Short and succinct, but a great read.
