The lucky ones are those, who survive,
The longest healthy years, they have the most memories,
Friendly faces, special places, along with many smiles and tears.
They have experienced an assortment of people, many have traveled,
The world, in times of peace, and some in times of war's,
Their memories, a hard drive of their life, from near and far.
Memories also guide, everyone remembers times they did wrong,
Like being off key singing a solo in a song, directions to guide you,
Forward to your place, where you belong.
We each have our own purpose beliefs and pace, we are sharing planet earth,
As we float confused, in endless space, everyone needs to join together,
For peace on earth, and survival of the human race.

The two concluding lines are excellently captured in this magnificent story-poem, by the way, my grandma could tell so many animal stories but this I regard is the best I ever read/listened to. TOP marks 5 Stars and myriads more from the galaxy
