Mental Frenzy Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Mental Frenzy

Labelled to be rated.
With a date celebrated.
And prioritized.
Idolized over human lives.

Minds pollinated.
To have thoughts eliminated.
And the process of it done.
Feared to do by anyone.

Depending on what others have to say.
Has people in a frenzy.
A mental frenzy.

Disbelieving what they even see.
In these days that are crazed.

From coast to coast.
People seem depending.
On thoughts of others.
And their created druthers.
From coast to coast.
People seem depending.
To do what others choose.
Before they make a move.
Depending on what others have to say.
Has left people in a frenzy.
A mental frenzy.
And,
Disbelieving what they even see.
Has left so many evil.
Felt to feel and with them to keep.

These days.
People are caught up in a frenzy.
These days.
Minds have been twisted and crazed.
These days.
They are labelled and berated as crazed.
And these days.
They've been made that way.
To stir up,
A mental frenzy without an end.
To stir up,
A mental frenzy without an end.
