Mere Smiles Don't Win Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Mere Smiles Don't Win

To win make hard work your lovely kin.
No joy you'll feel by mere gentle grin.
Your whole body gets wet
when you toil and shed sweat.
Wear you out and climb steep hills to win.

With just an insincere grin, we cannot win hearts! To get hold over others, we have to make sacrifices! In the same way, to be a victor in life, a lot of hard work is needed! Wisely put!

You have given a different idea. That shows your excellent mind giving interpretations in a new angle. Thanks a lot.
