Metamorphosis Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

Metamorphosis

The breeze caressed the flower
And the flower danced in glee,
It then sang a pompous song
The flower danced along.

But the breeze then grew tempestuous
Spewing up a storm -
The flower was broken by it stalk
She hung her head forlorn!

Beautiful flow of breeze and flower too danced to its tune. Flower couldn't bear the tempestuous storm. Loved reading it.
