Mid March, sun shines brightly
Rooks are nesting on high trees
Hazel catkins sway like lambs tails
Scent of hyacinth in the breeze
Deer raise their heads from grazing
A horse trots towards the wall
All of nature is rejoicing
I can hear a blue tit call
Narcissi nod their yellow heads
Tulip petals are unfurled
Sycamore buds burst into leaf
All is wonderful with the world
