Legend says" our mind is like monkey:
Always free to find ways with successful key
Go all over world, venture and come back
Mind is full of ideas and kept as secret in pack

It is with all people who claim to be in full control
Of their desire and act as per conscience call
It certainly deviates as soon as you try to be master
The ideas run all over globe even by all means faster

We may find same situation in payer halls
We are moved and feel grief when see picture on walls
The suffering and their work for mankind make us to weep
But we forget it so soon when come out of it and fail to keep

Such is unstable state of affair with mind
It doesn't allow us to concentrate and find
The real truth about and what it can turn
But in reality if that happens then limitless joy in return

The meditation takes you in another world
Where you find no hurry, worry and no bandage or fold
You are in free world to unite with divine energy
In fact not tried so far to get link with almighty

This is not religious activity that gives you hitch
You can plug the loops holes or stitch
Mind becomes single centre from where emanate some signals
That takes you far off the land and brings back brightness on arrivals

"You breathe is counted and death certain" everybody claim
So by meditation deep breath can be maintained
Holding it by control can increase you life span
Life then moves on smoothly without any definite plan

Morning time is appropriate and suitable
Human being is wise animal and capable
To harness the energy and suitably use
Life is to be fully enjoyed without being confused
