Mind Screens Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Mind Screens

Staccatoly marching down avenues of pretend, finding
a sort of happiness lifting our spirits as we listen
to rhythmically portrayed desires.

Interior lights turning themselves on, reflecting
pictures of images from long ago onto our mind's
movie screens.

Stepping in tune with our subconscious realms on a
Tuesday afternoon.
