Mindful Exercise
Gracious and benevolent music coming from musicians of
the same ilk, taunting and tantalizing everyone in this
audience.
Causing them to realize their short-comings at times,
yet traveling beyond them in this earthly life, nothing
to fear, no worries at all.
Becoming the music and flowing into rhythms so effort-
lessly and continually through this serene night of
mindful exercise.
