Mirth On Earth Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Mirth On Earth

Rating: 5.0

S-un has begun to ascend,
A-iming at the blue sky;
R-ays from the beacon
A-re all shining up
H-igh.

J-ust let the morning break,
A-llow it to warm your heart;
N-ight cold chill passes by,
E-vening shadows depart.

C-oal black clouds above
A-re all turning white;
B-eautiful Wednesday dawn
R-emains in the bright light.
E-arly twenty-first December,
R-emember the day of your birth;
A-llow your mind to think about the mirth on earth.
