Billy Loving

Missing - Poem by Billy Loving

A long and lonely day
Thinking of days come and past
Lost inside my mind, briefly I stay
Memories flash by so fast
Time seems to move so slow
Walking through my mind's open door
Visions from long ago
Some to cherish, some to abhor
A tear slowly rolls down my cheek
Sadness filling my heart
Consciousness paralyzed, unable to speak
So long my love, we've been apart
Longing and waiting to see you again
On that day, I will depend
