Mistress Of Lies Poem by Shaun Cronick

Mistress Of Lies

Rating: 5.0

Never to cry,
Mistress of lies.
I now see,
Through your disguise.

Draw men in,
Promise the earth.
Your game played,
Just for mirth.

Lives are changed,
That is true.
The only truth,
Taunted by you.

Fool me once,
But never twice.
Are you death,
Or paradise.

Thank you Kingsley for your comment sir. This is about someone I knew years ago so beautiful, beguiling and downright wicked. And that's all I will say about her. Thanks again Kingsley and may God Bless and Keep you.
