Mommy Poem by Kasia Fedyk

Mommy

Rating: 0.8

Mommy, have you seen the shimmering lights I see in my sleep,
they tell something every night, something special,
you know how beautiful they are, just like you Mommy...
they give me everything I need, I don't even have to ask,
they just give.
You know when you sit here and caress my head, you do it so gently Mommy, like I was a fragile little boy but I am not, it makes me smile when you do that, you know that don't you?
when you do it reminds me of the shimmering lights that comes to me, I feel it the same with you, I know I am just little now but I will be big soon, will you do the same when I get big? will you Mommy? will you still caress my head and give me a kiss goodnight?
It makes me go to sleep so much better, when you do,
I will take you with me to the shimmering lights one night and we can dance together with them, ok.
Mommy, even if I want you to come with me and see them, I know you are one of them, I feel it when you give me so much love.
Goodnight Mommy,
I love you.
