Monk In His Cell Poem by james watkin

Monk In His Cell

Barely visible, he lives
As one in a clear light
Of wise empowering dawned on;
Crowns an uppermost height.

Scarecer reachable, ear-locked
Like one in attendence
Of an oration, grand spoke;
At place thunders commence.

All voices, a vulgar face
Must seem to fester out
As devils' cursing. In that feud
Spans worlds; each his lookout.
