Moon Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Moon

Open the gate to the night
And call the moon to rise
Through dark clouds it must
Look as sane and wise

Among stars it is the queen
Attired in glowing white
Spilling smile onto the earth
It takes around a lazy flight

I wish that the wind should
Rise high and sweep away
Dark clouds and let the moon
With stars carelessly play
