Moon With Eyes



Barbara and Lo keep me awake
they sleep so pinkly
on the couch

their words of tonight are still flowing

I see my face
in the window like a moon
with eyes

the night is clearly
frozen time
a dream

of sleeping friendship
and a full moon
with eyes

above the icy river
