梅花傲雪幾多磨難
翠柳迎風更少媚諛
儉以養廉勤可護德
淡能守拙學應療愚


Moral Bottom Line

The plum flowers show disdain for the snow
how many tribulations
The emerald willows greet wind less flattering

Indifference can keep one's head
learning should cure one's foolishness
Thrift to uphold honesty
diligence to protect morality
