Morning ‘til Night Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Morning ‘til Night

Rising early in the morning, your thoughts are keen.
It is a new day, make it the best that you have seen.
Before you have that first cup of coffee, breathe deep…
Thank the Lord above that you woke from your sleep.

An opportunity to start anew, with experience to improve...
Gaining a greater appreciation as the hands of time move.
When the sun sets, only a faint flicker remains in your mind.
Forcing you into submission is fatigue, rendering you blind.

Except for those of us who do not sleep.....we move through the days deplete....sometimes mixing real with not....or not remember what we forgot: O)
