Mother - Poem by Daniel Lloyd Kennedy

Mother dear I love you so
Each day I'll love you more
But words alone cannot explain
The love I feel right now

To have a mother that thinks of me
The way you always do
Is better far than anything
That earth could offer you

Now that just leave us heaven
Which is where your surely from
And heaven would be hard pressed I'm sure
For you to be outdone
