MOTHER EARTH'S CRY
I love not only human beings
I love nature in totality
Be it dancing leaves on trees
Be it paddy fields spread over
Be it morning breez and its coolness
Be it mighty dancing waves in the sea
Be it dancing peacock and deer
Be it majestic lion and their herds
Be it birds flying above in the sky
Be it caravans of clouds kissing the icy mountains
Be it crystal streams and water falls In the country side
Be it vast rivers submerging into the oceans
Be it sights of morning and evening sun rise and sun set
Be it flowers in the gardens and butterflies dancing
Be it first rains with musical sound all around
Be it the sight of moonlights in the full Moon
Be it magnificent sight of the solar systems in the night
Be it vast deserts and its ever changing dunes and features
I can sense and feel the silent cry of nature's creations
We, in our greed for development, areon the path of self destruction
If not checked our mother earth will turn into an inferno
Then we will realise, we cannot eat money.
