Musical Rhythms Lighten Heaviness Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Being all about life, nature and humanity, thinking along
those lines incessantly, having the wherewithal to write
it into poems from morning to night.

At times not eating or sleeping for two or three days at
a time, exercising mind, intellect, heart and soul through
musical rhythms that lighten the heaviness inside.

Sacrifices, hardships, sorrow, loss, sadness and loneliness
that this human life puts upon us from the moment of concept-
tion and continuing throughout our lifetimes.

Always being tested, taught lessons that need to be learned
in order to attain heaven when death escorts us through the
black curtains of death.
